The Build Your IDP feature allows you to test extraction on different types of documents and configure the fields you want to capture. This section helps you explore, modify, and extend extraction templates.

BUILT IN DOCUMENTS

Identity documents

Supported countries: USA, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, Indonesia

Passport
National ID
Driver license

Each document type comes with predetermined fields (e.g., name, date of birth, ID number) that you can modify or add to as needed.

Business documents

You can also test OCR extraction for common business documents:

Invoice
Form
Receipt

These templates include predefined fields such as invoice number, date, total amount, or form entries. You can customize existing fields or add new ones to match your workflow.

Custom extraction

For documents outside the predefined categories, use the Custom section:

Define your own custom fields (e.g., "Membership ID", "Policy Number").
Define your own table columns for structured data (e.g., itemized lists in receipts or invoices).

This flexibility ensures you can test and tailor document extraction to any document type your organization requires.
