MEMBERS

The members list allows you to gain a complete overview of all users on Mindox from your organization. Members are listed numerically displaying each member’s information.

As an organizational administrator, you can edit other members’ roles and status.

The two default roles are:

Admin

The organizational administrator has access to:

Member

Individual contributor members have access to:

Changing the role will update the user’s feature access and abilities. Additionally, Mindox can create new custom roles for you in case your organization has more intricate needs.

Status

The status of a member can be changed between active and inactive. This action is tied to the user’s access to Mindox. All users are set as active upon creation. Once the status of a member is changed to inactive, the member will immediately get logged out of Mindox and can no longer be able to regain access.

INVITES

An admin user has the ability to add more members. The invite list contains all invited users who have not yet created log in credentials.

INVITING A NEW MEMBER

To invite a new member simply Click on the + Invite button on the top right side corner.

Then enter the email of the new member you want to add as well as their role. Once you click the “Invite” button an email invite is sent to the new member, it is required that the member creates their credentials via the link attached in the email.

MANAGING INVITES

Until the member is set up, the admin has the options to resend and remove the invite.

Once the member has successfully created their account, they will be moved from the Invite list to the Members list.

In this menu, you can configure your documents extraction and review rules.

Approval rate config mainly works for Bank statements:

KEYWORD CONFIG

The Keyword Configuration menu allows you to customize what specific data or terms the system scans for and detects. By defining these triggers, you can automate extractions or data-tagging for informations like salaries or FT numbers.

Salary

The Salary menu allows you to configure the keywords used for detecting Salary transactions within bank statements. These keywords will be applied specifically to the transaction table when the salary mode is turned ON.

FT number

The FT number menu allows you to configure the keywords used for detecting and extracting FT numbers within bank statements. These keywords will be applied specifically to the transaction table.

Returned cheques

The Returned cheques menu allows you to configure the keywords used for detecting and extracting Returned cheques within bank statements. These keywords will be applied specifically to the transaction table.

You can edit and delete the keywords by accessing the action button.

BANK MAP CONFIG

The Bank Map Config menu allows you to standardize and clean up bank name related data before it is exported or sent via API. It acts as a data normalization tool, ensuring that varied naming conventions are automatically converted into a single, unified structure.
