Our Dashboard is built around three core components:

  1. Download options: Seamless download options for PDF, Excel formats.
  2. Data Visualizations: Deeper, more actionable insights through simple charts and widgets.
  3. Customization and Filtering: Greater control over the data displayed, allowing you to focus on what matters most.

ACCESSING THE DASHBOARD

You can access the Dashboard section by navigating to Dashboard in the side panel.

DASHBOARD LAYOUT

The layout features a streamlined design:

Element Description
Filtering Bar Located at the top of the main view:
allows for global data filtering by date, user, status etc.
Navigation Located on the right:
allows users to navigate to different charts either by scrolling or dragging the side bar.
Overview Section The main billing page section:
provides a summary of your pages to billing metrics.
Charts Area Area where you can interact, and see graphical data charts.

DATA VISUALIZATIONS

The new visualizations offer improved clarity and customization.

Available Chart Types

Chart Type Purpose Key Data Points
Total processed documents Tracks product usage and key document metrics over time. Document types, Document amount, Date
Total processed amounts Visualizes product usage progression through defined time periods. Submission, Document, Page amounts, Date
Total processed pages Tracks product usage and key page metrics over time. Document types, Document page, Date
Total document status Visualizes document statuses through defined time periods. Document types, Document status amounts
Total submission status Visualizes submission statuses through defined time periods. Submission status amounts
Average processing time Visualizes average processing time of each document type by seconds. Document types, Average processing time by Page and Document

DOWNLOAD OPTIONS

You can now generate reports directly from the dashboard.

  1. Filter to get the desired data and metrics to include.
  2. Navigate to the "Download" button in the top right corner.

  1. Reports can be exported as a Excel or PDF file for seamless analysis.
